At DeeanArts, we are proud that all our shipments undergo two stages of packaging and two levels of inspection before shipping. There is a very low chance of any damage. However, in case there is any damage, here is a guide on how to get a replacement:-
Deean Arts offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transport, missing parts or accessories, defective, or dissimilar from its definition on the product detail page on the website.
Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, random damage due to malfunctioning of the product, and customer carelessness.
The replacement period is for 10- 15 days from the date of the order delivered to you.
In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 1-2 hours of delivery.
Before confirming an exchange/replacement, we would need photographic or video proof of a product defect.
You must share the unboxing video of the received defective item on our WhatsApp number (9821235744) so that we can inspect it and help you accordingly.
We find that the product was not damaged while in your hand.
The received product that we shipped to you is different from what you chose.
You must return the item in its original packaging, including the box, MRP tag, user guide, warranty card, and all included accessories.
